At the Glasstec trade fair , CMS will show the vertical machines Ypsos and Vertec , the new cutting tables AGIL TR and the GFP horizontal seaming machine SF2604 . YPSOS is the vertical machining center for grinding , milling and drilling glass sheets . Designed to increase CMS ’ customers ’ productivity , making the use of CN more instantaneous , Ypsos allows you to optimize productivity by using 2 spindles to grind and polish the glass . The Scada ( Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition ) software allows for all the key machine components to be monitored and supervised via specific synoptic views . The operator who designs the piece simply needs to indicate which processings are needed and Ypsos will deal with finding the right tool to fit . Alternatively , Ypsos will warn the operator if the tool is not loaded in the storage or if there is insufficient useful life to finish the processing . Vertec is the CNC vertical drilling machine . It allows for drilling , countersinking , milling and notching operations on monolithic , laminated and Low-E glass . Characterized by two 9 + 9 station tool storages , two opposite coaxial electro-spindles , a tool cooling system with internal and external water and a high-precision , automatic hole measuring system . The CMS vertical machining centers can be installed as standalone machines , in line or inside a double-glazing line . They can be completed with glass loading / unloading systems , Kart or anthropomorphic robots , automatic paper-spreaders for the separation of single glass sheets and single or rotating palletization system .
