AGIL TR , the new cutting bench for monolithic glass has been designed for all those companies that need a versatile and compact product for cutting float glass sheets . The table allows for sheets of up to 3810x2600mm and with a thickness of between 2 and 19 mm to be cut . It is also fitted with tilting arms to load and unload the glass , the C axis to cut a shape and a double zero system for a semi-automatic cut of the laminated glass . To maximize productivity , it is possible to have a tool change on the head that ensures rapid and automatic replacement of the cutting head . To increase flexibility , it is possible to install a deburring system to remove low-emission coatings . Lastly , CMS will exhibit the SF260 automatic horizontal seaming machine combinable with any cutting bench , on display at its stand . Completely unique , it allows the glass edge to be processed as soon as it is cut before removing it from the bench , which avoids it being handled twice . The processing is done dry with simultaneous suction of residue via a three-level filtering system that allows for a significant saving unlike the water seaming
