NEUE STANDARDS BEIM SCHLEIFEN
Für den Schleifbereich stellt Marposs drei Lösungen vor, die einen neuen technologischen Maßstab in Bezug auf Qualität, Flexibilität und Effizienz setzen:
• OTX ist das neue Schleifscheiben-Kontroll- und Auswuchtsystem, das für hohe
Geschwindigkeiten bei geringem Platzbedarf und maximaler Anpassungsfähigkeit entwickelt wurde. Die Vibration wird ständig überwacht und automatisch kompensiert, da Ultraschallsensoren das Signal an der Quelle verarbeiten und digitalisieren, wodurch maximale Datenin- tegrität gewährleistet werden kann.
• Das zentralisierte digitale Steuerungssystem BLÚ wird um die Funktion „ Recording” erweitert, die eine lückenlose Verfolgung der Prozessdaten ermöglicht. Das von den Sensoren erfasste Signal wird vom BLÚ Master aufgezeichnet digitalise the signal at the source, ensuring maximum data integrity.
• BLÚ, the centralised digital control system, now incorporates the new Recording function for complete tracking of process data. The signal acquired by the sensors is recorded by BLÚ Master and made available for external analysis, paving the way for optimisation strategies based on artificial intelligence.
SMART FACTORY: A NEW SOFTWARE SUITE To support the digitalisation and optimisation of the factory, Marposs offers the C-THRU4.0 suite: a completely renewed, modular web-based software designed to provide visibility and decisions based on real production data. The suite includes five modules:
• C-Analyze, for process analysis, predictive maintenance and traceability.
• C-Tooling, for optimising the use, duration and selection of tools.
• C-OEE, which identifies the causes of productivity losses and improves machine efficiency.
• C-Energy, for monitoring and cutting energy consumption according to the ISO 50001:2018 standard.
• C-Probe, for centralised reading of probe measurements, with the possibility of setting thresholds and checking the entire production cycle.
