Die Tacchella Elektra Ready stammt direkt vom langjährigen Elektra-Modell ab und bietet ein noch höheres Potential kg bei einem Abstand von 100 mm zur Spindel. Diese Schleifmaschine ist für den Einsatz herkömmlicher Schleifscheiben mit 11,5-kW- Spindel ausgelegt. Die optionale Spindel für Innenschleifarbeiten hat eine Drehzahl von 30.000 U / min. Die B-Achse ist mit einem frei positionierbaren Torquemotor mit einer Genauigkeit von einem Zehntausendstel Grad ausgestattet. Die Elektra Ready ist mit dem CNC-System Fanuc 0i-F Plus ausgestattet, das dank intuitiver iHMI-Bedienung, Fanuc Picture, kürzeren Zykluszeiten dank Fast Cycle Time-Technologie und anpassbaren Funktionen eine einfachere Bedienung ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus ist die Maschine mit einer von Grinding Technology selbst entwickelten Benutzeroberfläche ausgestattet.

Bei größeren Werkstückgewichten und-längen steigt der Bedarf an Sonderanfertigungen. Genau hier kommt die Schleifmaschine Tacchella Proflex C3 ins Spiel. Dieses Modell wurde von Grinding Technology mit dem Ziel entwickelt, dem Markt eine hochkonfigurierbare und äußerst vielseitige Lösung anzubieten, die mehrere Bearbeitungsgänge ermöglicht. Es handelt sich um eine vollhydrostatische Maschine mit einem Untergestell aus stabilisiertem Gusseisen und Versteifungsrippen, die die Steifigkeit erhöhen. Die Struktur besteht aus einem überdimensionierten Monoblock-Maschinenbett, während der Schleifschlitten in der traditionellen Kreuzachsenkonfiguration entlang der X- und Z-Achse gleitet. In fact, Elektra Ready was developed to meet the needs of customers seeking solutions with shorter delivery times, less complex technical requirements, and affordable prices. This is a machine based on standard components with low reconfigurability degree, allowing Grinding Technology to optimise engineering time and internal machining of strategic components such as the tailstock and workhead. In order to ensure fast delivery times of approximately two to three months, the manufacturer opted for a cast iron bed with a moving table available in a single size: 1,200 mm centre distance and 230 mm centre height, for machining workpieces with a maximum diameter of 450 mm. The workhead has a brushless motor with belt-driven movement and a load capacity of 100 kg at a distance of 100 mm from the spindle. This grinding machine is designed for the use of traditional grinding wheels with an 11.5 kW spindle. The optional internal grinding spindle has a speed of 30,000 rpm. The B-axis is equipped with a torque motor that can be freely positioned to the nearest ten-thousandth of a degree. The Elektra Ready is equipped with the Fanuc 0i-F Plus CNC system, which offers easier operation thanks to intuitive iHMI operation, Fanuc Picture, shorter cycle times thanks to Fast Cycle Time technology, and customisable features. The machine is provided with a user interface developed in-house by Grinding Technology.
