Algorithmen für eine optimierte Steuerung der Zerspanungsvorgänge entwickelt, um einen kontrollierten Spanbruch herbeizuführen, und zwar durch Lösungen, die die interne Kühlung der Spindel, eine intelligente Steuerung der Werkzeuge und die Möglichkeit der aktiven Kontrolle der Spindel umfassen( Vibrationen, Wärmeausdehnung und Schubkräfte).
EFFIZIENZ UND NACHHALTIGKEIT
Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird auch auf das Thema Umweltfreundlichkeit in puncto Verbrauch und ökologische Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Alle internen und externen Bauteile, aus denen die Maschine besteht, wurden so konzipiert und ausgewählt, dass sie maximale Leistung bei minimalem Verbrauch bieten. Darüber hinaus werden neue Technologien zur Reduzierung von Schadstoffen im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der Norm ISO 14955 berücksichtigt und erprobt.

For example, the company has been able to prevent the problem represented by excessively long chips – produced when machining lead-free brass alloys( e. g. CW511L) – thanks to specific algorithms that optimise and control chip breaking, as well as to features such as internal spindle cooling, smart tool management and the possibility of active spindle control to offset vibrations, thrusts and thermal expansion.
EFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY Particular attention has been also paid to energy consumption and eco-sustainability. All the internal and external components of the machine are designed and selected to provide maximum performance with minimum consumption; new technologies for the abatement of pollutants have been also studied, in line with the provisions of the ISO 14955 standard.
