Die mit einem flüssigkeitsgekühlten 68-kW- Direktantrieb ausgerüstete Maschine kann die Bearbeitungsköpfe wechseln und so von einer schweren Fräsmaschine mit einem maximalen Drehmoment von 7400 Nm bei niedrigen Drehzahlen zu einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsbearbeitungszentrum mit einer 42-kW-Elektrospindel zu 400 Nm und einer maximalen Drehzahl von 6000 U / min umgerüstet werden. The machining centres by Trevisan Macchine Utensili are used in a variety of industrial sectors, from oil and gas to the production of electric motor housings, hydroelectric turbine blades, and wind turbine components.
VALUE-ADDED PARTS Equipped with a 68 kW liquid-cooled direct drive, the DS900 Universal can change front heads so as to allow the transition from a heavy-duty milling machine with a maximum torque of 7,400 Nm at low speeds to a high-speed machining centre using a 42 kW, 400 Nm electrospindle with a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm. In addition to milling / drilling, it can also feature front heads equipped with CNC-controlled Trevisan turning units for diameters up to 1,200 mm. The heavy-duty milling spindle also incorporates a U-axis to accommodate small turning heads and special tools. The machining centre can be also equipped with double-joint universal heads with 360 positions or 18,000 positions. All front heads are loaded automatically from a dedicated magazine installed on the X-axis of the machining centre.
