Auf der EMO 2023 , die vom 18 . bis zum 23 . September in Hannover stattfindet , präsentiert FICEP ihre Produktneuheiten , die sie mit Lösungen für Stahlbau- und Schmiedeanlagen implementiert hat .

Am FICEP-Stand ( C52 ) in Halle 13 werden folgende Anlagen in Live-Demonstration zu sehen sein : das Kreissägemodell S30 kombiniert mit einer Abschrägemaschine , das neue automatische CNC-System TIPO G25LGE für Bohren , Fräsen und thermisches Schneiden von großen Platten und die neue automatische Fertigungsstraße XBLADE für Bohren , Fräsen und Schneiden von Stahlprofilen .
HOCHGESCHWINDIGKEITS-KREISSÄGEMASCHINE
Bei der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kreissäge S30 für das Schneiden von Rund- , Vierkant- und Sonderprofilen sind Geschwindigkeit , Präzision , Schneidqualität und vereinfachtes Einstellen optimal kombiniert : sie stellt die Lösung für Unternehmen dar , die ihre Produktivität steigern ( 400 Teile / Stunde für Werkstücke mit 50 mm Durchmesser und 100 mm Länge ), Kosten senken ( Kostenreduktion von 50 % bei der Verwendung von nachgeschliffenen Sägeblättern ) und die Schnittqualität verbessern wollen . Die Karbid-Sägeblätter garantieren im Vergleich zu den traditionellen HSS-Blättern kürzere Schnittzeiten , und die Lebensdauer der Blätter selbst ist merkbar länger . At stand C52 , in Hall 13 , FICEP will be exhibiting live its “ ambassadors ”: the S30 disc sawing machine combined with the chamfering machine , the new TIPO G25LGE automatic CNC drilling , milling and thermal cutting line for large plates and finally the new XBLADE automatic drilling , milling and sawing line for steel profiles .

HIGH-SPEED DISC SAWING MACHINE The S30 sawing machine for high-speed cutting of round , square and shaped profiles , combines speed , accuracy , cutting quality and ease of set-up : the ideal choice for companies looking to increase productivity ( 400 pieces per hour with a diameter 50 mm and a length of 100 mm ), reduce costs ( 50 % less compared to the use of resharpened blades ) and improve cutting quality . The use of carbide-tipped blades compared to traditional HSS blades ensures shorter cutting times and significantly longer blade life .
