DB-EVO vorgestellt , ein automatischer Stangenlader für CNC-gesteuerte Einspindeldrehmaschinen , der in der Lage ist , Stangen mit beliebigem Profil bei hoher Geschwindigkeit und ohne Verwendung von Öl für die Stangenschmierung aufzunehmen . Erhältlich in den Versionen mit Stangenmagazin mit Ablage oder Bündelbeladung und mit einem maximalen Stangendurchlass von 55 bis 110 mm bei maximalen Längen von 3,30 - 4,10 - 6,00 m . Interessant sind auch die Stangenlader DBM und CMSP für Mehrspindeldrehmaschinen .

AUTOMATIC BAR LOADERS FOR SINGLE AND MULTI SPINDLE LATHES At EMO 2023 , Cucchi Giovanni will be showcasing DB-EVO , the automatic bar loader for CNC single-spindle lathes capable of supporting bars with any section at a high speed without the use of oil for lubricating the bars . Available in versions with flat or bundle bar magazine and with maximum bar diameter from 55 to 110 mm and maximum lengths of 3.30 - 4.10 - 6.00 m . Also interesting are the DBM and CMSP loaders for multi-spindle lathes .
