PICK-UP-DREHLINIEN
Die PICK-UP-Drehlinien von Trevisan kombinieren die vertikalen Drehbearbeitungen der ersten und zweiten Bearbeitungsstufe mit gleichzeitigem Hochgeschwindigkeitsbohren und Abkanten , alles vollautomatisch . Am Ende des Vorgangs ist die Linie mit einem programmierbaren Punktmarker ausgestattet , der das bearbeitete Teil mit Codes beschriftet . Auf diese Weise legt der Bediener das Werkstück auf das Ladeband und nimmt es als bearbeitete Teil vom Entladeband ab : ein Ergebnis , das dank mehrerer Arbeitsstationen möglich ist , die speziell darauf ausgelegt sind , die Bearbeitungszeit der Maschine zu reduzieren . Diese Serie von Drehlinien umfasst 9 verschiedene Spindelgrößen : von der kleinsten von 170 mm bis zur größten von 1.300 mm . Diese Anlagen können mit zusätzlichen Werkstückwechslern und horizontalen Bearbeitungseinheiten ausgestattet werden , die eine horizontale Bearbeitung des Werkstücks ermöglichen .

MULTI-FUNCTION CENTRES
The systems combine all the advantages of turning operations that can be performed with a stationary or rotating workpiece . The operating units are equipped with a high-speed spindle for drilling , tapping and milling tasks , and specific devices for CNCcontrolled turning . These allow any stationary , spherical and taper turning , boring and threading operations to be made with standard tools . Trevisan machines are structurally robust , with an electro-welded and stabilised steel bed , designed for the optimal evacuation of chips . All moving mechanical parts in the operating units are made of steel treated by a cooled oil circuit . The sliding axes are equipped with crossed roller pads and the kinematics are made of recirculating ball screws with dual preloaded nuts driven by brushless motors . All the mechanical parts of the turning head are of solid construction : this guarantees a high cutting power .
All movements are controlled via the CNC system . To meet the needs of each customer , Trevisan has designed a range of combined turning-milling centres so that the largest model can turn diameters up to 3 metres .
