NCT’s Early Days postnatal courses
For mothers with babies up to 6 months old, provide a friendly environment to explore what works best for you and your baby as you begin your new life together.

Expecting Number 2?
NCT refresher courses enable you to reflect on your previous birth experiences, weigh up the new challenges ahead and make some new contacts with other 2nd, 3rd & 4th time mums.
RETURNING to work?
Clapham NCT’s Returning to Work workshop looks at the practical and emotional challenges involved – covering topics such as your career, childcare, work/life balance, looking after you and your relationships, and what to do if things aren't working out.

Ease back into exercise after the birth with NCT Mother & Baby Yoga
