On our final full day in Croatia, we went on a boat journey through Kornati national park which is a collection of islands off the coast of Croatia. Each individual island was stunning, even though we only captured a brief view of them! The boat docked twice and, on each occasion, NLCS girls could be found paddling or even swimming in the Adriatic Sea. My friends and I even saw a starfish! Overall the day was remarkable and truly unforgettable!
Our tour guide and coach drivers were truly amazing, explaining every detail to us about the places we were to visit. V was a very approachable and a kind tour guide from whom we learnt very much and she even took us to some fascinating places which were originally not on the itinerary.
Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience in Croatia. I made new friends from other year groups who I hope to keep in touch with and have made plenty new memories! As this was my first time in Croatia, I decided to recommend it to my family and we have already booked a holiday there for next year in order to explore what other delights Croatia has on offer.
Without question, I would recommend Croatia to anyone who would like a holiday full of adventures and stunning scenery! The country has a captivating natural beauty and offers plenty of outdoor activities.
