In early 2009 , Jobs took a leave of absence from Apple due to health reasons . There was speculation that his cancer had returned , which Jobs denied . For undisclosed reasons , Jobs received a liver transplant in the spring of 2009 . He returned to work on a part-time basis at the end of June .
Even if his health makes it impossible for him to work as long and hard as he has done in the past , the rebellious young man , who dreamed of bringing technology into everyone ’ s life , has more than achieved his goal . He was not afraid to be different . In fact , he celebrated it . He built a whole company around it . Nor was he afraid to take risks .
No one knows what the future holds for Steve Jobs . But one thing is certain , he did what many thought was impossible . He changed the world .
