Cycling: My all-time favourite
Many people feel that if one has to become healthy or slim,
dieting is the only way out. Well, other than dieting, a person
can do so much more! There are so many sports that a person
might just pick up for the weekend or during the vacation.
I feel cycling is probably the most convenient sport to pick
up since its easily available and not necessarily the weekend
but almost everyday the cycle can be taken for a ride. Plus,
it has got so many benefits like it makes you healthier and
taller; something that I've been trying to achieve for ages!
One of the advantages of cycling is also that after cycling
when you're tired, the level of good sleep is just fantastic.
Very often on weekends, I go out for cycling in the nearby
cycling track. My dad insists that we wake up early in the
morning around 5:30 or 6:00 but for me, sleep is the epitome
of pleasure. But once we're out in the open; cycling, nothing
else matters other than the joy of cycling!
So folks, cycle more or if you haven't started with cycling
yet, I suggest you start at the earliest. Sure, there are other
sports and exercises to start with but I can readily assure
you that nothing is as good as cycling.
