Gadgets: a boon or a bane?
Have you, a victim of continuous use of gadgets, thought that these things help
you in everything? Of course, gadgets have a vital role in improving the
education and developing skills and knowledge. But these technologies have a lot
of drawbacks. These days, children can be seen using the gadgets as if their life
depended entirely on them. The gadgets help us in many ways: they promote our
independent learning, speed up work, and aggrandize communication, but just
like we hear, the overuse of anything is harmful to human beings.
Gadgets have been in use for a long period of time. It started since the
nineteenth century. It includes phones, computers, iPad, tabs, laptops, etc. The
gadgets have a lot of privileges as well as drawbacks. Like gadgets can be highly
useful for easy conveyance, to cease work to enhance it etc. It can also be
unpropitious like it could damage the eyesight, decrease action in life etc.
Currently, the gadgets are found in every nook and corner. They are way too
used than they are supposed to. They can be addictive as they provide virtual
pleasantries, and those victims can be found unenthusiastic to wake up to the
harsh reality. We should hold hands and together prevent this generation, and
the future ones too from using the gadgets too much which could lead them to
forget the real world…. This should not go on. Perpetual parents are always fine
with buying their offspring whatever they want. We should make a stop to it.
These gadgets contain apps and information which can lead sensitive people to
commit suicide.
We can intercept a lot of disasters by preventing our kids or relatives from
overuse of gadgets. We should not buy gadgets to small children until they are
mature enough. We should always encourage them to read, to do exercise and to
socialize with people around in the society. We could always bring a change. Our
lives are linked with many other people in the world. So set an example, become
an ideal and this small change can bring a huge difference.
