Did you know that February is heart-health awareness month ? Let ' s celebrate our hearts on Valentine ' s weekend with a Valentine Bike Ride ! We ' ll meet at the clubhouse main entrance before riding through the neighborhood . Remember to bring water and wear your heart on your sleeves ! Pink and red clothing is highly encouraged ! We ’ ll ride Saturday , February 13th at 9:00AM . Please register in advance by emailing me at CCorr @ Spanishwellscountryclub . com or on our wellness portal .
Have you tried outdoor fitness classes with Tracy yet ? On Tuesdays and Thursdays , you can catch her making exercise look like way too much fun . Be sure to check the calendar for class descriptions and further details . Also , please remember to register for classes online , prior to attending so that we can limit the total size of the group and allow for a safe distance between participants .
Do you prefer to work out from home ? Live Zoom classes with Cara are also available on Mondays and Fridays and do not require registration . You can join a live Zoom class by using the links in the class description on your online Spanish Wells fitness calendar .
You can register for classes and events , access the Spanish Wells fitness calendar , and get the details regarding location and equipment needed for outdoor classes right on the Spanish Wells website by logging in to our new Wellness Portal . Did you know that our group fitness classes are available on-demand ? That ’ s right , you can take any class at any time by logging on to the on-demand website . To register for access to the on-demand website contact Cara at : CCorr @ Spanishwellscountryclub . com
Lastly , when using the fitness center , please remember to wipe down equipment prior to and after each use . Stay home if you ’ re not feeling well and consider wearing a mask during your workout to keep your neighbors healthy .
