CLASS
DESCRIPTION
FitBodyBliss: Cardio, strength, & recovery all in under
60 minutes. This challenging class combines cardio
kickboxing, power yoga, and bodyweight exercises,
then brings you down to stretch and relax with a short
savasana.
Fit Flow Yoga: Gain strength, balance, and flexibility as
you flow through a series of standing and seated poses,
finishing with a soothing savasana.
Intervals: 20 minutes of simple cardio intervals followed
by body-weight strength and mat exercises. Dumbbells
optional.
Mindful Movement: This class taps into the mind-body
connection to release tension as you strengthen your
body. No weights, no cardio, instead we'll use the breath
to tap into our strength and work through challenging
body-weight strength exercises and deep muscle and
tendon stretches.
Core Strength & Balance: This class is truly suitable
for every level of fitness. We'll use a chair for stability
and balance exercises & weights to improve strength.
Every exercise can be modified to work around physical
limitations or scaled up to challenge the most fit
individual.
