Pre-printed identification form (8x5¾”) for one Lieselott Sara
born in Heilbronn announcing that this person has lost
citizenship. Usual aging apparent.

1940s ‘RUG BEATER’ MADE AT GERMAN
CONCENTRATION CAMP .................................... PH $200-300

‘Rug Beater’ (24" long) with wooden handle and leather straps,
three straps missing, but four present. No doubt made at a
German concentration camp. Used for beating the dust out of
uniforms. Used condition.

Wooden Level (6" long by 1" square) with three bubble sight
glasses (one cracked) rubber-stamped ‘SS-Eigentum’ (SS
Property) and in part ‘KL Auschwitz’. Wood edges smooth
from use, but still fine condition.

Tan cloth armband measures 16x4" with red triangle patch
indicating a political prisoner. Number 19743 in black, above
violet ‘Konzentrationslager Auschwitz’ official handstamp.
Toned with age, without other defects.

D 1940 PERSONAL CARD FOR JEWISH INMATE
AT DACHAU .......................................................... PH $200-300

Document (8x5½”) for one ‘Sara’ Mendel. It states that this
inmate was stripped of her citizenship, so she lost all her rights
in Germany. She was 33 years old. ‘Sara’ indicates that she
was Jewish. Two punch holes at left and light toning, very
good condition.

Registered cover from town of Auschwitz franked with four
different German stamps (3 Hitler Heads & Horse: Michel
#785, 794, 827 & 857), all tied with three strikes of 1943
Auschwitz Oberschlies (Upper Silesia) cds, red registered mail
label lower left, to Kattowitz, with Kattowitz receiving
backstamp, very fine. Covers from the town are scarce.

Group of 5 B&W photos (2½x4½”) showing atrocities at
Dachau at end of the war. Handwritten captions on backs, these
may be photos taken by American GI. Fair to good condition.

Registered parcel receipt from main SS office at Auschwitz to
the office of concentration camps at Flossenburg. Registration
label affixed, handwritten 11kg for weight, black Waffen-SS
handstamp and 9/15/44 postmark ‘Auschwitz (Oberschles) 2/a’
at upper right. Very fine. Chilling reminder of camp bureaucracy.

Stamped ‘Jude’ in top right corner. Her middle name is given
as ‘Sara’, a Jewish designation. Document (5½x8") in fine
condition.

COUPONS ............................................................. PH $200-300

Four coupons (2x2½”) for five premium cigarettes at the
Buchenwald canteen given for good performance. Two are not
separated, and the two that are separated bear Buchenwald SS
handstamp. Also includes a German label translated loosely
reading ‘Traitors buy from Jews’. All in fine condition.

Nearly 2" diameter and 2" tall German SS ceramic Lazarett
(hospital) medicine cup stenciled on the bottom ‘No., SS
Lazarett Munchen-Dachau’. Some light scratching mostly on
the bottom, but still very fine condition.

Group of 4 similar ‘currency pieces’(2½x2¼”) that allowed
internees to obtain five cigarettes from canteen at Buchenwald.
Three bear SS Buchenwald backstamp. Also an anti-Semitic
label.

‘K.L.Bu’ and on bottom ‘SS’. Scratched on side from cleaning.

1940s TEA PERCOLATOR FROM DACHAU KZ

A 5½” long Tea Percolator from Dachau concentration camp
and engraved on handles ‘SS’ and ‘Dachau’. A hole in 3"
diameter screen, and some rust around, but overall good
condition.

Swatch of fabric (7½x8") from an inmate’s uniform taken
from Dachau concentration camp. Comes with Alexander
Autographs COA, which states this fabric, cut from a larger
piece, was tagged as taken from Dachau and was displayed in
Holocaust section at Michigan Military Museum.
