like to take this opportunity to say a
big thanks to Prakashbhai who has
been instrumental in setting up the
system that is running smoothly now,
and am pleased that Prakashbhai has
agreed to continue to support the ITF
committee for the time being.
PRO – Kiranbhai has assisted us
by being our photographer for the
various events this year and I take
this opportunity to thank him for this
support.
Charity Co-ordinator - Jitubhai has
continued with this role as well as the
role of the Chair. He has liaised with
Charity Commission and successfully
obtained approval for the adoption of
our new constitution.
Constitution - The revision to the
constitution has now been concluded
and as mentioned above we have
received approval for adoption,
following approval at the AGM.
Other organisations - We have
continued our dialogue with HFB, and
other Prajapati Organisations abroad,
e.g. Navsari, Billimora, Canada, PASC
and the newly formed Daxin Gujarat
Prajapati Health Trust.
Daxin Gujarat Prajaapti Health Trust
(DGPHT) – has been established with
local organisations aiming to raise 35
– 40 lakh Rupees locally and request
for support from overseas is now
being sought. The aim is to raise one
crore rupees as main capital and to
use the interest earned on this sum to
assist with medical costs for Prajapati
members that meet
