Chris Ryall is a self-confessed spa addict. He has been one for more than 30 years. "I need to be kneaded – and wrapped and exfoliated," says Chris. He has experienced everything from fish spas and chocolate bean polishes to four-handed massages and caviar facials in more than 50 countries on six continents. Along the way he has seen and experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of the spa industry.

Vivienne O’Keeffe, AAD, PEA, CIBTAC, is President of Spa Profits Consulting Inc., and an expert in designing successful spa concepts. Cara Melo Began her career in medical esthetics after graduating from University of Toronto in 1991. She attended the College of International Esthetics Cosmetology & Beauty program followed by RMLC Laser College to become a Medical Esthetics Specialist. Over the past 23 years, Cara has become a recognized trainer and sales specialist for many medical aesthetics and beauty companies across North America. Currently working with Medique Skincare, DermaMD, NUGEN-Rx, Pollogen and DermaSpark. When not busy training, Cara writes articles for publications, speaks at aesthetics conventions and lectures at Seneca College.
