TOURS
Have you wondered just what goes on behind the stage in a major working theatre or wanted to stand on stage and look out from a performer’ s view? Well now you have the chance as both The King’ s Theatre and The Festival Theatre operate regular monthly guided tours for groups of up to around30 people.
These informative tours take you from ground floor( or lower) of the buildings right up to the upper circles and give you the chance to visit many areas not normally open to the public. Access to the stage is always at the discretion of whichever company is currently touring and not always possible.
If you have any special mobility or other requirements be sure to let staff know in advance so that they can make arrangements for your needs
Tours are usually on the first Saturday of each month and last for up to two hours and include coffee or tea at the end.
