Natural gas pipeline coming to Marlboro

Economic Development Committee,
Central Hudson, and both County and
Local officials, this service is now becoming a reality. Strategically, this project
sets the foundation for future expansion
benefiting more households, more businesses and along with other Economic
Development plans, will be a key enabler
of economic growth and beautification of
our hamlet.”
DeMarco thanked numerous individuals for their support: Anthony
Campagiorni and Jeff Doane of Central
Hudson, Mike Hein & Rich Gerentine
of the Ulster County government, Steve
Osborn and the Town Board, a majority
of hamlet business owners and residents
and the Marlboro Economic Development
Committee.

truly is indicative of the progress being
made in Marlboro,” said DeMarco.

John DeMarco, a member of the
Marlboro
Economic
Development
Committee, announced on Monday that
Central Hudson would begin installing a natural gas line in the hamlet of
Marlboro.
In a prepared statement, DeMarco said
the two-year effort to get a pipeline in the
Hamlet of Marlboro “represents an outstanding opportunity for residents and
