Definition of leadership:
Leadership, to me, is someone who is there to support the team.
Who will help out as needed and coach employees to do better
and reward them when they do well. I believe the motto, “If it’s
meant to be, it’s up to me.” I try to teach that to my employees and
mentors, I have helped in the community.
How has the coronavirus outbreak impacted your life
most, and what will you tell future generations about
COVID-19 from your perspective?
COVID-19 has made me restrategize business priorities a lot
quicker and has been continuously changing as new information
and data has come forward.
For future generations, I would tell them it’s always good to be
prepared and have extra essential supplies on hand. You don’t want
to be caught with only one roll of toilet paper during an epidemic.
