" At the time, we were a little late to the party and missed the opportunity. But we never completely forgot about it," he noted. " When we learned a year or so later that Brew & Dough would be vacating the building, we immediately felt that the timing was right. In many ways, it was one of those moments where preparation met opportunity.

Somerset Pizza & Pub opened on April 21, and the response from the
community has exceeded the Robinsons ' expectations. Robinson said it ' s been rewarding to see how quickly customers have made it

" their own," becoming regulars and making it a part of their weekly routine. He ' s also been pleased that many individuals who frequented the previous restaurants
located at that spot have come back to remain familiar faces even with a new sign over the door, checking out what ' s been done with the

space.
That combination of clientele " has created a great atmosphere and has reinforced our belief that Somerset was ready for a place that combines quality food, hospitality, entertainment, and community gathering space," said Robinson. " We ' re still in the early stages, but the enthusiasm and support we ' ve seen since opening have us incredibly optimistic about the future. More than anything, we ' re thankful to everyone who has given us a chance and helped make Somerset Pizza and Pub feel like part of the community so quickly."
