ASHTANGA YOGA
incorporates many traditional yoga poses.However instead of pausing and resting between poses. Ashtanga links several poses together in a series of slow continuous motions. Ashtanga is modeled by the eight limbs of Patanjali encouraging students to look at the whole practice deeply and integrate all limbs.
YIN YOGA
targets the fascia connective tissue in the body which makes it a marvelously tool for healing body, mental and emotional imbalances.Yin Yoga you will experience holding in poses not moving with muscles relaxed for long periods of time up to 5minutes sometimes longer.The hold will give the muscle enough time to relax to achieve better elasticity in the connective tissue.
