Chalie Beatty
Chalie is a craft beer blogger, home brewer and all around beer enthusiast. His unique handle is a fun tribute to St. Arnold, the patron saint of brewers. Legend has it that when St. Arnold's parishioners were moving his body after his death they stopped at a tavern but the tavern only had a little bit of beer. The parishioners prayed and they got a beer, and the cup never ran empty. You can follow Chalie on Instagram at Mug_of_St_Arnold.
Cigar City's Invasion Pale Ale (5% ABV) is a hoppy pale ale inspired by Tampa's annual Gasparilla celebration. Hazy golden orange in color, medium bodied, with the aroma and flavor bursting with tropical flavors of pineapple, mango, peach and papaya. This beer embodies Florida, a perfect addition to any beach trip.
Chimay Grande Reserve, also know as Chimay Blue, is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale (9% ABV). Medium bodied and deep chestnut brown in appearance. Cloves and banana on the nose. Banana, raisins, spice, and sweet bread fill the flavor profile. If you are new to craft beer, this needs to be in the top of your list; a true classic.
