Fresh and local is best, and many chef driven restaurants, and cocktail focused bars are reflecting this mantra as they standardize their ingredients and offerings sourced from local farms. A handful of South Florida restaurants and bars are taking it a step further, further defining garden-to-table with their own on-site gardens. While some are restricted to propagating herb gardens due to space restrictions others have literally created their own agrarian society. What's excting about these chef gardens is the passion that drives the creativity to utilize even the most urban of areas and make it green.
