Pop sensation and winner of Dancing With The
Stars 2018 - Jake Carter has taken the Irish pop
music scene by storm since his launch on
national television back in 2017, and now he is
thrilled to be announcing his debut show this
September at The Source.
Following his success on DWTS, Jake has
released two new singles to radio titled ‘The
Little Things You Do’ and most recently ‘Take Me
Dancing’ which featured Thurles' own pop
sensation Una Healy. Jake recently completed
his debut Irish tour which was a roari ng success
by all accounts, and now due to phenomenal
demand, Jake is delighted to announce his
brand new tour this Autumn which will see him
and his live band perform across the country.

Tipperary Library presents a 60 minute talk based
on Ms Perry’s book ‘In America: Tales from Trump
Country’, which will look at the current political
landscape in America with reference to President
Trump.
This talk will look at why and how Donald Trump
won the 2016 election and whether he can succeed
in getting re-elected in 2020; has America changed
its mind and fallen out of love with Mr. Trump or is
it the case that he is actually delivering on his
promises? It will look at the Trump administration’s
style of government, its successes and failures thus
far and asks what now for America on the world
stage? The presentation will be followed by a Q&A
session with the audience.
