It reflects that Harry noticed the information Hagrid that did not mean to provide . Combined with the previous examples , it can be seen that Hagrid ’ s repeated “ Can ’ t tell you / shouldn ’ t have told you that ” and “ Very secret ” are intended to emphasise the seriousness of the matter , but because Harry is a child of a young age who is naturally exploratory and rebellious , this excessive emphasis has the opposite effect and makes Harry and the audience more curious about these secrets .

Uncle Vernon ’ s characteristic background sound is worth comparing because Hagrid and Mr Vernon are both huge figures with loud voices . From 00:08:20 - 00:08:30 , in the dispute between Mr Vernon and Harry , ponderous and strong voices are mixed with background sounds with a tone like a bassoon and both can be heard clearly . When the huge body of Mr Vernon approaches Harry fiercely and is about to scold him , the heavy and dull noise of the bassoon suddenly sounds . The tone of the background music is analogous to Uncle Vernon ’ s heavy body . The short but symbolic music not only shapes Vernon ’ s appearance within the picture but also embodies his bullying character . Similarly , the timbre of the lumpish sounds appears in leaping rhythms in the background sound at 00:10:11 - 00:10:18 , when Mr Vernon sees Harry ’ s letter from Hogwarts . The ponderous sound with short beats is like a heartbeat , enhancing Vernon ’ s shocked and frightened expression when he sees the letter .
