Q: Fun One: What’s your favorite book right now?
A: My favorite book right now has to be Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! but the Half Blood Prince is also a close second!
Q: What’s your favorite art work?
A: My favorite artwork right now is painting and working with clay and making pottery!
Q: What’s it like to be an artist in Lynchburg, Va?
A: It is so much fun to be an artist in Lynchburg! I feel like there are lots of opportunities to use my gifts and abilities in the community! I am able to teach pottery at the Academy Center of the Arts, I get to sell and teach at the Rivermont Makery, and I still have the ability to work on some of my own projects at home!
Q: What is your dream project?
A: My dream project would have to be a series of paintings and pieces of pottery that I would get to show together in a gallery!
Q: Where can people see your art?
A: Everyone can see my artwork in downtown Lynchburg at the Rivermont Makery on Rivermont Avenue in their gallery space! It will be up for the next two months! there are also a variety of creative classes that you can sign up for their throughout the upcoming weeks. I will be selling with Belmont Pottery at the Forest Farmer's Market as well as the "Get Downtown" even September 9th from 6-9PM!
