Now the big question is why an NGO requires a film?
The answer is very simple. Digitalization has changed the dynamics of marketing ways. These days, videos can be used for campaigning of any organization as all information can be described in a short, comprehensive, yet powerful way. Documentary/promotional films are extremely strong and emotional communication tool that can be used extensively for documenting, monitoring, campaigning, education, awareness, fundraising and outreach. It can be shown to the donors, how their contributions are directly helping others through an organization. Once they know the outcome of their donations, they are more likely to continue to support any organization. These videos/films can also be used to showcase the entire work that has been done by organization at many award functions to help them to get funds from private and government sectors.
