The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has become a
social media sensation. It is said that Kylie Jenner has
10 million snapchat followers in February 2016. [Adejobi,
2016]. Kylie’s lip kit has been a success in the beauty
industry. Since its launch in late 2015, the cosmetic line
has sold out several times causing traffic on the website. In
her cosmetic line she sells, lip kits, eye shadow palettes,
eye liner and recently she brought out her birthday bundle.
Bobila stated that being the “avid social media user that she
is, documents these moments on her Snapchat account, which
must’ve caused the break in the internet. So when Jenner
announced on Monday afternoon that she would be releasing
more Lip Kits at 4 p.m. PST — surprise! — they were all gone
by 4:16 p.m. PST.” On snapchat, Jenner recorded everything
so when this happened a woman said that she broke the
Google Analytics. Jenner claims that about 100,000 people
were already logged in on her website 10 minutes before the
products came out. She then said that on 4pm, to be exact,
the number of customer doubled, when technical difficulties
occured she told her fans to keep checking the website.

people online, it was just “too much for Google” to track.
“You literally broke Google,” another woman told Jenner.

this didn’t have a good impact on social media as a lot
of upset fans took to twitter to lash out how angry they
were because they couldn’t purchase a product. So, with the
teen using the app to promote new launches of her highin-demand Lip Kit range, Jenner’s Snapchat account is the
place to be. Jenner puts the power directly into the hands
of her fans by allowing them to choose which lipstick
