Five Qualities that Matter to Teens

Role model as an individual is represented as someone clear sense of what is important to him, putting forth the effort to improve and create things which will make a difference.

Role models come into young people’s lives in a variety of ways. They’re educators, civic leaders, mothers, fathers, clergy, peers, and normal people encountered in daily life. In fact, students were fast to state that “a true role model isn't the person with the simplest job title, the most responsibility, or the best fame to his or her name.” Anyone can inspire a child to achieve their potential in life.

Top Five Qualities of Role Models

1. Passion and ability to Inspire

Role models show passion for his or her work and since they have passion, those around them have passion. Have you ever worked with somebody who complained regarding everything and after a while you find yourself complaining too? Well, it’s a similar with passion. Once you are close to a girl who loves her job, it’s infectious. She infects you with determination, motivation and a decent attitude.
