Main article Since then SNA has been introduced to Mr. Kaba, the owner of Guiter. Guiter is Guinea’s largest construction company. Through this relationship SNA has also been appointed for the detail design of three roads projects i.e. a road from the town of Mandiana to the Mali-Guinea border; a road from the city of Kankan to the town of Kerouane and a road from Kankan to the city of Kissidougou. So far, design has begun for the road from Mandiana to the Mali border. This road will be a 100 km/hr single-carriageway two-lane road with a rural cross section. There is a poor quality existing gravel road/track along most of this route but we will be designing the new road adjacent to the existing route. This is so that the existing route can be used to divert traffic during construction. Our deadline for this project is 31 May 2019 and we are on track to meet that. SNA has also been appointed to design the Guiter site camp that will service all three roads projects during construction. This site camp will include access roads, houses,a service yard for the plant, a clinic, tennis and volleyball courts, offices and a helipad. There is a glimmer of light on the horizon and SNA is ready. Figure 2.
