台南中西區因五 条 港 生 成, 不管是 物

產 、 廟宇 、 巷弄, 進而有今日的生活習

慣, 後因河道淤積與都市規劃演變至

現在的街區樣貌 。 透 過作品將今日之

街道與過去的渠道套疊, 中央走道象

徵海安路, 並搭配陣頭 、 電子花車 、

傳 統 北管等遶 境 的 聲 音, 以 及從 廟 宇

擷取色彩製作的萬花筒來彰顯此區

域的歷史厚度, 讓民眾與作品互動之

餘, 能認識此區域的歷史發展與地理

景致變化的關聯性 。

台南の中西区は 、 かつて五条港の営みに より 、 産業やお廟の信仰 、 あるいは道の形 態など 、 今日の生活習慣が形成され 、 川筋 が土砂で淀んだり都市計画の変遷で今の 街の風 景ができた 。 今回の作品は 現在の 道 筋と水 路の流れをオーバーラップさせ た 。 中央の通路は海安路を象徴し 、 伝統 祭事のパレードに見られる陣頭やステー ジトラックや伝統楽団の北管の音などを 要 素として付 け 加 え 、 伝 統 寺 院 の 色 彩 の 抽出からなる万華鏡を通してこの地区の 厚みを表現した 。 触れ合い式の展示を体 験しながら 、 まちの歴史発展と地理分脈 の関連性を理 解していただこう 。

The West Central district of Tainan with it’ s houses, temples, streets and lifestyle, were built and developed thanks to Wutiao( five ports). Urban planning and river sedimentation have created the modern West Central district. The juxtaposition of the canals and streets are presented in the work. Haian Road is pictured as the central pavement. Sounds of traditional parades, Taiwanese electric flower cars, Peikuan music and temple-inspired kaleidoscopes present people with the heritage of this area. People can interact with the work and better understand the relationship between local history and geographical changes.
