Ingredients :

1 pound salted codfish

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 small eggs

1 tbsp onion, thinly chopped

4 tbsp parsley, thinly chopped

Ahead of time:

Desalt the cod by soaking for at least 24 hours and changing the water several times.

Preparation :

Boil the cod until cooked. Flake and shred the cod with your hands after removing skin and fishbones.

Boil the potatoes until they become tender; Drain and place them in a bowl. Mash the potatoes;

Add the flaked cod, eggs, onion and parsley to the mashed potatoes and blend well with a wooden spoon.

Shape into little baseballs using 2 tablespoons;
