The idea behind the design was to create open and collaborative spaces. The level 8 Cafe is proving to be a wonderful hub for staff to catch up over a meal or plug their laptops in to get some work done away from their desks.
Central's HR team has been busy organising new programs to get the most out of SMEC employees. Two major new programs are being released. Firstly, the Leadership Development Program, featured in this edition, and secondly, the new Reward and Recognition Program. These initiatives involve training, support, growth opportunities and the R&R program will see people being recognised more formally for their efforts.
