This has meant the adaptation of our front end software systems to manage this particular contract and the nature of the construction sector has meant extending our current Smart Solutions policies and procedures to ensure we are compliant and able to cope with the demands that such a complex project brings. Building partnerships with other contractors, local labour and training providers has also formed part of the preparation for the commencement of the project which is currently scheduled to commence in July 2014. We will use our extensive business and labour intelligence to fulfil the many varied opportunities for local employment throughout the duration of the project’s development and operation, with 3,000 jobs over two years predicted during the construction phase and approximately 6,000 jobs once the development is up and running. Managing Director of Smart Solutions Recruitment, Ieuan Rosser, is naturally delighted with the appointment and adds: “I have extremely high hopes for our involvement with the Circuit of Wales development and I’m proud to be working on such a transformational project.” find us on
