Wrestling The Spartan Wrestling team is off to a great start this season. There are 11 wrestlers on the team. 120 David Lewis 7-10 132 Chase Racicky 12-10 145 Jocelyn Ambrriz 152 Gavin Cole 3-6 160 Blake Racicky 20-0 160 Collin Arehart 8-3 170 Cooper Slingsby 13-4 170 Hunter Arehart 18-4 182 Kolby Larson 18-3 195 Zyrus Fauss 8-8 220 Karter Moore 9-6 Blake Racicky earned his 100th career win in December in the Battle Creek Duals. Blake Racicky is currently ranked 2nd in the state at 160 and Kolby Larson is currently ranked 4th in at 182. All of the wrestlers are much approved from last year and doing well. -Shelby Behmerwohld Girls Basketball The Ansley-Litchfield basketball girls have a record of 3-10 so far in their season as of January 21st. They have beat Sandhills, Heartland Lutheran, and Amherst. They will participate in the Fort Kearny Conference Tournament coming up on February 1st. Sub Districts will be soon after the conference tournament which will determine the teams post season play. They are working hard and having fun while doing it. The team is young with only 1 starter being a senior. Improvements have been seen as the year has progressed.
