LITCHFIELD/ANSLEY PUBLIC SCHOOLS BOARDS OF EDUCATION CO-OP BOARD MEETING November 18, 2019 Vice President Jim Holm called the co-op meeting to order at 6:39 p.m. Members Present: Bill Howard, Marie Sweley, Steve Heapy, April Gross, Jim Holm, Pete Cun- ningham, Derik Clay, Danielle Ostrand, Jaime Bailey, Rod Amsberry, and Tim Loy. Administration in attendance were Gordan Goodman, Heidi Fessler, Wade Finley, and Matt Drew. Visitors: None. Vice President Jim Holm announced and informed the public that a current copy of the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room, and also indicated the instructions for those who wish to speak during the public forum. Discussion on sharing activity bus so what costs do we share andwshat costs are not shared. What are fair costs that are feasible for both schools. A possible $4,000 plus dividing driver and fuel be- tween the schools. Administration agreement is all that will be needed on the written contract and Admins will continue this discussion and find agreeable terms. Arcadia asked about joining our coop. Discussion on keeping doors open for fairness but at this time it wouldn’t be feasible. They also signed to continue their agreement with Loup City so they are locked in for another two years. Nothing has been brought to us on proposals. Meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m. Marie Sweley Board Secretary
