Long-Range Planning (20-24)
The board will spend most of our time during the meeting reviewing long-range planning ideas while working through the Delphi
Process. Teachers have submitted facility and curriculum improvement ideas. We will include the facility improvement projects
they have submitted and Mr. Finley will be working with teachers on their curriculum ideas and requests. At the meeting we will
review each project for clarification and then ask the board of education to rate and rank each project according to the greatest
priority and need. We will also have the staff do the same process and in April, we will have all of the tabulation completed. At
