That the RA directs the SMA to develop due processes,
similar to the protection and mechanisms accorded in
practitioner staff bylaws, for physicians engaged in alternate funded or salary modes of compensation and to negotiate with the Ministry of Health, RHAs and Saskatchewan Cancer Agency to incorporate these in existing and
future contracts.
• This is in progress. It was tabled at Memorandum of Understanding Working Group negotiations.
