with Colonel rank
Dr. Nigam Dave was awarded with, for the rst time in the history of PDPU, with Colonel rank by
NCC for executing a compulsory NCC exposure course for 1st year students. This extraordinary
achievement was noted by not only the PDPU family, but the entire state and nation.
