It’s a new year and another new triathlon season has begun. In
fact, “new” seems to be the theme this year! Thanks to increased
demand, a new race has been added in the Subaru Triathlon
Series. There’s also a new running series sponsored by Subaru
Canada, Inc. and to top it all off, Subaru has a new look for all
our sponsorships in triathlon and running. Why is there so much
that’s new? Simple! Lifestyle sports are increasing in popularity and
Subaru Canada is happy to ‘pump up the volume’ with increased
participation in them.
The brand new Subaru Niagara Running Series is a sevenrace series that takes place in Ontario’s Niagara region. With
combinations of 1 km, 5 km, and 10 km races, 5 km relays, a 1 mile
and a 5 mile race, and two half marathons, there is a distance for
everyone. It’s a great way to get out and learn to run.
