of Lake Ontario. CIBC Park encompasses
several different sites and venues including the
historic Exhibition Place, Ontario Place and
the West Channel. The Park will truly be the
hub at the Games, hosting up to 13 different
sports. Its festival atmosphere will be brimming
with cultural activities, including concerts with
talent provided by TO2015 and Live Nation.
Other venues of note include the Caledon
Equestrian Park in Palgrave, the new CIBC
Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium, and
Toronto’s CIBC Aquatics Centre and Field
House — the largest of the Games’ newly
built sport venues.
