The battle of Bull Run happens to be one of the bloodiest battles throughout the war. This battle ended in a Confederate victory. This battle took place on July 21, 1861. Across the board there was a total of close to 60,000 men.The casualties are estimated to be around 5000, and the numbers are continuing to grow.
