Jan. 31 – PHOTO CONTEST, by Hamilton Conservation
Authority. Explore Hamilton’s conservation areas and submit your
photos reflecting any Hamilton conservation area, natural area
or trail in any season, involving any HCA-sanctioned activity for a
chance to win over $3000 worth of prizes! Submit your entries
into one of the three categories: Wildlife, Recreation, Nature. To

Feb. 9 – Butter Tarts Festival, at Carmen’s Banquet Centre,
Hamilton. Come on out and try some of Ontario’s Best Butter
Tarts! Shop among our vendor marketplace, listen to some live

Feb. 23 – Intro to Beekeeping. Thinking about getting your
own bees? Just curious about beekeeping? This is the course for
you! This class takes place at the Cotton Factory; 270 Sherman
Ave North, in Hamilton, and is a classroom-based course. There
will also be a short tour of the rooftop bees, weather dependent.
