Javi's Aioli Potatoes
Ingredients (to prepare 1\2 litre):
Diced potatoes to boil
For the aioli sauce:
½ litre of liquid egg
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
A bit of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
Sunflower oil
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
Olive oil
Method:
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the lemon juice and olive oil.
While the mixture is still a liquid, add the lemon juice and finally the olive oil, to emulsify
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and enjoy this delicious dish.
