Design basics
General
An eye-catcher is a graphic or copy element that stands out from its surroundings. Its
job is to attract the viewer’s attention and trigger a purchase decision, for example, or
communicate important information.
Eye-catchers can contain pictograms, third-party marks, or copy. Pictogram
e
ye-catchers are used as a matter of preference.
Their color, size, and combinations should be chosen in accordance with the
f
ollowing instructions. Changes must not be made to the content and design of
pictogram eye-catchers.
All eye-catchers are available as Illustrator (ai), eps, and svg files. They are a uniform
24?x?24?mm size, and can be scaled as needed for the specific layout.
