Midsummer The annual Smithers music festival celebrated its 30th this time of year is ripe for a good old-fashioned freak anniversary this year. This is a pretty big deal in some out. That’s right, summer is when we dig in our closets circles. Thirty years of rockin’ a festival in a small for old tie-dyes, bandanas, and Jesus sandals. We chuck northern town is pretty awesome. So how’d it go this battered shakers, hand drums, and tambourines in the year? Well, I can only speak for myself, but I assume I’m car. And when we get to where we’re going, we shed our shoes and our inhibitions for some barefoot dancing not alone in saying this—I had a great time. One of the best parts of a local festival is running into people and in the dust. It’s festival season. With the two main festivals in the region behind us, some folks from around having conversations.
