RX 4 Anti-inflammatory Tonic
2 ounces of organic pineapple juice or orange juice
1 tsp of organic Turmeric powder
1 tsp of organic ginger powder
1 tsp of organic cinnamon powder
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp flaxseed oil
½ to 1 tsp of Raw honey
A pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper
Mix it all in the blender. Keep in the refrigerator.
Take 1 ounce shot in the morning before breakfast and the
other 1 hour before bedtime.
